Bray Bathroom Renovation

This Bray bathroom renovation was overdue with the dated blue tiles. The bathroom was stripped back and sealed then tiled with the new tiles from Right Price Tiles the customer supplied. The sink, shower and toilet were put back in a way that if they want to change them in the future there will be little fuss changing them. A new bath and mirrored unit was put in with the bath panel tiled to match floor and walls. The shower screen was re hung also. The ceiling was scraped, primed and plastered to get rid of the stipling effect. 3 new spot.

Greystones Shelving Unit

I was given the task of designing a book shelf. This job was in Greystones so i aptly called the Greystones shelving unit above and the unit has a desk incorporated into it as a workstation. The client wanted it made in white melamine with a white desk to match. There is a hole cut out for computer cables to access the sockets. The divides in the shelves are staggered to break up the straight lines that would be there otherwise giving it a good look. I think it gives it a nice affect to the shelving unit as the.

Industrial Scaffold Shelves- Escape Boutique

Sorcha from Escape Boutique gave me a brief of industrial scaffold shelves that would contrast the white display units that i fitted on the opposite wall. I showed Sorcha the Scaffold bar fitted in the Vintage Vape Rooms. I done up a sample of what it would be like and she was happy to go ahead for me to make and fit them. The scaffold planks are from Scaf Hire with second hand ones being used for this job. There are new planks available for a higher price but these don’t have the character of the used ones. They are sanded down to get.

Scaffold bar and shelves Temple Bar Dublin

This scaffold shelves bar was built on site in the Vintage Vape Rooms Temple bar Dublin using reclaimed scaffold boards, sanded and varnished to give a industrial look. Mark gave me free reign to design the bar and shelving. There is a foot rest on the outside of the bar for customers to sit on stools and relax. The scaffold furniture was made so the products are out of reach for people at the other side of the bar with a scaffold plank door and lock. There is storage under the bar on the inside which you can install sockets etc..

CFC (compressed fibre cement) external cladding

This is a job i was working on the installed CFC sheets as a external coating to a new build house. The plywood underneath was weather proofed and insulated, The sheets we worked with were 8×4 and weighted about 80kg each. There is a joint between each sheet for expansion and contraction and sealed. The rooms were studed out with 4×2 and insulated ready for ducting and electrics to be ran.

Fitted modern kitchen with gloss doors for the wall units. The coving was fitted to make it continuous around the room. This is my favorite deck that i fitted as it incorporates a seating area with table and is built around the hot tube.

Dundrum Kitchen

A kitchen fitted in Dundrum Dublin in December 2015. Integrated fridge & dishwasher behind drawer fronts to keep symmetry in the kitchen. Glass doors & shelves so the downlights can highlight the units. White quartz worktop with a Belfast sink. 2 ovens as space was a issue & needed plenty of cooking potential. Mat black gas hob with matching extractor.
