This Greystones bathroom renovation took three days complete. I started by taking the old fixtures out and running the pipes to where they needed to go. The walls and floor were primed. The wall tiles are light grey with a silver grey grout and black and grey border. The floor tiles are black with dark grey grout. My client decided to make use of this space with this understairs toilet idea. First i preped it for tiling to make sure the surfaces were ready. The tiles being used were subway tiles and Victorian tiles for the floor. Next i build a stud wall and fitted plasterboard and cut a doors i made and sprayed specially for the shape of the frame. This Bray bathroom renovation was overdue with the dated blue tiles. The bathroom was stripped back and sealed then tiled with the new tiles from Right Price Tiles the customer supplied. The sink, shower and toilet were put back in a way that if they want to change them in the future there will be little fuss changing them. A new bath and mirrored unit was put in with the bath panel tiled to match floor and walls. The shower screen was re hung also. The ceiling was scraped, primed and plastered to get rid of the stipling effect. 3 new spot.
